There is this historical clip I found in the random archives as I sat here in deep space just mulling over my possible future.

As I sit here I know I will be a pirate. But what will it take to have the skills necessary to to be a true pirate. So that when I pull along side a burning wreck and demand a ransom they will know I mean business and that I will honor my word. For in the end reputation and honor are all that seperates a true pirate from a common thug.

There is a quote from the historical clip I was watching that I think sums up what it will take to be considered a true pirate.

" 500 fights, that's the number I figured when I was a kid. 500 street fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate tough guy. You need them for experience. To develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then, after, you realize that's what you are. "

That quote got me thinking. I will need to have done 500 Kills and or Ransoms. Then and only then will I consider myself a true pirate.

This log will be my place to chronicle my trials and tribulations as I wander a very crooked path. This blog will chronicle my 500 Kills.
